I have to inform you that I have examined Dr Francis Clark, Audinal Officer of Health, Hong Kong.
Dr Clark is anemic, and run down, but otherwise in fair health. Except that he is myopic, and inclination has for some years worsened his new sight is somewhat and with chaoidal atrophying
Copy of a certificate that he has been seen by Dr. William Lang, the eminent Specialist in eye disease, in which opinion it is maintained that he should return to work in a tropical
climate, because it would aggravate his abnormal condition of his eyes.
I concur in this opinion that Dr Clark should not return duty at Hong Kong.
